I am trying to trace the adopted daughter of June Ansell born in Woolwich London in 1965.

Afraid unless the new name is known then no one can help

Have you looked in members trees to see if she is listed

Always a possibility she may have joined genes and knows her birth name

If June is looking for her daughter she could put herself on the National adoption register If the daughter comes looking then details would be passed on

Welcome to the boards, Linda.

If that's your tree on GR which has the child in question as born in 1968, perhaps you should correct it, just in case she does happen to look at this site.

Nobody else has her on a GR tree unless they have the YOB wrong.
Someone called Tina has a person of the right name but no place or year of birth.
