I am trying to find living relatives of Percy Wilson who was born in Apperley Bridge, West Yorkshire on 25th December 1910. He was the son of John and Angela Wilson. His siblings were Kenneth, Lily, Fred, James, Elsie and Irene. He was married to Mary Slater and had one daughter Barbara.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Regards

Paula Snell

It’s unlikely anyone connected will just see this

Look in members trees to see if anyone has any of them listed .

You could then send them a message by clicking on the box

Not everyone though may still be interested in family research

Also try looking on free bmd to see if any of them married and then had children that you can follow up on

Afraid its more you looking for them rather than them coming forward

But you could also be lucky!

Good luck :-D

Marriages Dec 1906 (>99%)

The 1911 census records Percy Wilson , 3 months, as 'DEAD'
Same for Elsie Wilson, 15 months

John Wilson Head Married Male 24 1887 Drayman On Midland Railway Bingley Yorks
Angela Wilson Wife Married Female 26 1885 - Bingley Yorks
Lily Wilson Daughter - Female 3 1908 - Cross Rds Yorks
James Wilson Son - Male 0 1911 - Hermit Hole Keighley Yorks
Fred Wilson Son - Male 0 1911 - Hermit Hole Keighley Yorks

James and Fred are 1 week old - no birth reg on GRO

5 children born, 2 have died

Doesn't make any sort of sense.

The 1- week olds can't possibly have the same mother as the 3-month old - dead or not

Re 1911 census............

Maybe the ages given for the children who died were the ages at death?
I know that is not how the form should have them recorded, but I have seen stranger things.............

Quite possibly, but there are other anomalies on that census. And I posted a likely birth for Percy - based on OP's 'info' = at 11.44

We need the poster to tell us what PROVEN info she has about the man who married Slater - info from the marriage cert would be helpful

If that Percy WAS the child of the people she thinks, where is he in 1911?

John & Angela didn't marry till late 1906.......................................
