I am looking for Samantha Jane Mills mother Anne V Mills was Mandeville

Have you done Any research yourself - where have you looked?

she ws born 1969 and may have married 2004 in thurrock

Possibly also a daughter in Essex 2010.

Not that that helps find Samantha.

Edit. Derek has now reposted on this board. Says Samantha
was born in 1969 and her father was Steven.

samantha could have been adopted so name may have changed

her birth name was samantha jane M mills

Mother remarried in 1973. Samantha could have taken that surname.

Anne had another daughter but don't see any of them on electoral rolls.

Looks like they went to Africa. 2nd husband lives in Spain. Samantha is in Morocco.

It's easy to find Anne's other surname yourself - and we can't post it publicly here.

Search for a marriage of Anne V Mills in 1973 - as mentioned by Rose earlier.
You only need her name and the year - Leave everything else blank.

That will give you the surname.
If you want to see the husband's full name, click on the blue number 253 at the right hand side of the record.

As Anne is listed under the bridegroom's surname as well as Mills, she must have been living with him already, and using his name before marriage.

If you Google the second husband's name, you will see the Facebook page where Rose found the info that he was living in Spain (assuming that's the same man).
He hasn't posted anything on his Facebook page since 2010.

It looks like he was still there in 2013, when he had a letter published in the Majorca Daily Bulletin.
