I don't think it's possible to register a birth without a surname.

The only chance you have of finding living relatives is doing the research, starting on here in 'search all member trees' as previously advised

Also, make sure you keep your own tree up to date on here, but without including ANY living people whose permission you haven't obtained.

The 'senile decay' for Mary was only 12 months................Julia jnr was born in 1889...11 years earlier

As Julia snr didn't marry, you have very little chance of finding her daughter's paternal line

Michelle, that 1854 baptism record you posted says the child's mother is Julia Cahill - not Mary .

I had noticed that record before, just because of the name Cahill.

[ That child wasn't registered without a surname, as you suggested. Clearly she was registered as Riordan. Anyway , it's not a birth registration - only a church record of a baptism. - EDIT: The one Michelle thinks (wrongly) is registered without a surname is Julia Riordan 1889 - I misunderstood.]

There doesn't seem any reason to think that's the right Julia, any more than any of the others born (or rather, baptised) around the same time.

Re why the Julia in Lislehane is concerned, it's a pity we can't see the original document. Perhaps it might have more info - perhaps the "parents" weren't actually the parents, for some reason.

ADDED:
Perhaps they adopted or fostered the child, and had her baptised - there's nothing to say when that child was born. She wasn't necessarily a baby when baptised.

Or perhaps Riordan is meant to be a middle name, but the record has been transcribed wrongly.
