Does anyone have any details on the procedures of US Court Martial System? How they were set up? What was the make up of the tribunal? Can I access any US records from 1945?

There appear to be reams of Courts Martial records at NARA (National Archives and Records Administration) in the States. Not online though, so you would probably have to hire a US researcher and it might be a lengthy and costly search, unless the records are indexed. Worth an email to them!
