World War 2 service records and after are not in the public domain so nothing online, these records are still held by the authorities and have to be applied for.

See links for details of how and whom can apply, but be aware these records can cost £30-00 and can take 9 months to obtain them.

help please, can,t find my dads listings in ww2 or if medals won. He was leading craftsman in the Royal Air force and enlisted anytime between 1940 and 1948 .
