Hi Alison, do you mean replicas of original medals?

If so, then try a site like this:

Award Medals of Shrewsbury provide a service for duplicate medals as well as current commerorative issues. They also do ribbon bars, framing and all sorts of militaria medal and service related. I've used them and found the service excellent. WW1 medals were engraved on the side and they can provide this service too.
