Hi, is it possible to search RAPC records at all? My father served with them in the 60s/70s, sent to Canada, Germany and Northern Ireland. He was in East Yorkshire but I know he was also based at Catterick. My mother has some of his paperwork but it would be great to check for more, photos even better.

I've attempted to find info searching google but not having much luck. I know the corps were disbanded in 1992 with the roles taken on by the Adjutant Generals Corps. It would just be nice to gain more of an insight into his time there.

Many thanks,
Gemma

WW2 service records are still with the MOD and are not online. Have a look at this link to find out how to order them:-

They cost £30, although your mother, as his spouse, can order them for free. They usually take several months to arrive.
