I'm trying to find records of service & medals for Jessie Billington who served as a nurse with the Canadian forces in World War 2.

See if the following will help you on your way

Another search suggests that Ancestry's 'Fold 3' is starting to add WW2 Canadian service records.

It's possible that records aren't released until they know the person has died, or that they were born at least 100 years ago. Just bear that in mind.
