hi im trying to find out some info on my uncle john who was in the army all i have is his name date of birth john leach born 24/2/1925 in tonbridge kent if any one can help me find his army records would be grateful many thanks david

Service records after 1922ish are still with the MOD and have to be applied for. Unless the Service man or his widow applies, copies will cost £30 and can take a number of months to arrive.
