I have found Staff Nurse Edith Hewitt She was on Royal Red Cross register. I found it in a Newspaper report. It stated that her medal was sent to 79 Norman Road Hightown, Wrexham 16/9/1920. Thanks for your help

Women's Forces - Emergency Commissions - to Queen Alexandra's Imperial Military Nursing Special Reserve - the undermentioned to be Sisters 30th May 1941

So if same person then within age bracket to be called up WW2 (I found the same thing for a couple of Queen Alexandra's Royal Naval Nursing Sisters from WW1 recalled to WW2)
