I am looking for any info please for Lawrence Muirhead. He was a Private in the R.C.A.S.c (Lorry Driver)

I assume his army service was in WW2.

WW2 records are generally not available online.

Without some indication of age or place of birth, it's pretty much impossible to find anything about him.

However, I can say he wasn't born in Scotland - the earliest Lawrence Muirhead in Scotland was born in 1944.

The fact that he was Canadian could have been a vital clue - and there are records (not forces records) of men named Lawrence Muirhead in Canada - but sadly no mention of forces service (apart from one who was in the Royal Canadian Air Force ) - so impossible to know which - if any - might be the one you want.

By googling I have found a Canadian version of Forces War Records.
