It is very annoying having to keep clicking on the white envelope to see if I have got a message. It has been visible for three days now. Any tips on how to get rid of it please GR support?

Do you log out, ann? My envelope seems to disappear overnight, whilst I'm logged out.

I seem to have the same problem.
Though my computer was out of work for a week or so,now it back working the white envelope in message box is still there. Says that I have got 5 unread messages and I know I have none!

Hi Marina,

Just go back a few pages on your Inbox as you may find you have missed some messages unintentionally. This has happened to me and others, so it's worth a go. Cx.

Have you tried logging on through a different portal for example co.za instead of co.uk
