Second names

Why on earth have genes done away with all the second names, now if you put in a search with the full name, it says 0 found, if you just put the first names there are too many to choose from a second name helps one separate one person from another; ludicrous if you ask me. WHY GENES REUNITED have you done this, its absolute madness.

no-one from GR looks at this board, and none of us members can answer your question.

Pamz,

If you just put in the surname it works in that it gives you a list of all the people with that surname in alpabetical order by their first name as well as their dates (if you've input them). Admittedly it's a problem if you have lots of John Smiths - but then you'd have had that problem anyway.
