GR Message fails to send attachments ?

Member Since: January 2005 Posts: 22 Send Message	I've replied to a request to forward some Acrobat files (5 off) via the GR messaging system, but after carefully attaching them one at a time, and saving the message to 'Drafts', the corresponding final GR message failed to send the attachments. The GR 'help' on the subject is too general - can anyone advise a solution ? TIA Dave.

	Hi Dave ...... Sorry but this Board has not been used by GR for several years. They do not look on here at all, so I'm afraid that you won't get any help from them. All help, suggestions and advice on here is now give by other members May I suggest that you do one of 2 things (or both if you like)? 1. Re-post your query on Genealogy Chat where one of the members may have advice for you 2. Email GR at [email protected] The will usually reply in 3-5 business days (ie, ca 8:30 am to ca 4:30 pm, Minday to Friday, UK time) Good luck
