Also a death of a John Williams ANDREWS aged 13 in 1847 in WA (reg 256).

Henrietta Matilda Wittenoon ANDREWS died 22 Feb 1848 aged 16 and was buried &/or memorialised at Adelaide West Terrace Cemetery.

We regret to find the family of the late Mr. Andrews have been visited with affliction by the death of the youngest daughter, Henrietta Matilda Wittenoom, only four days subsequent to the marriage of her eldest sister, on the 19th, to G. Young, Esq.
Note it states 'late Mr. Andrews', which fits with Wm's death in 1847.
