that 1775 one could well be the same Isaac - very often you get the same person with slightly different dates, in which case his father could be Isaac as well - just a thought

Parentage of Isaac Niblett
married Mary Franklin on 8 Sept. 1798

I am unable through the igi able to find Isaac's parentage who i would epect was born 1740/50s. Isaac was born 1773 in Minchinhampton, Gloucester, England
