Nice find PH- Would seem the other Thomas is more likely then.

Wonder if the 1804 Thomas was the father of the later Thomas.

So, if Clara was orphaned, who took care of her?

I have been trying to follow the sister Sarah in case she took care of Clara.

I think this is her on the 1851 census.

The probate record doesn't say that she left her money to John William Oldham, only that he is executor of the will. In order to see who she left her money to you have to buy the will.
