Trying to find a Thomas family living in the area around 1905. They had a daughter, possibly named, Eva, was placed in foster care with a Mr and Mrs Taylor of London. |

Ah -- if Ormskirk was the *district* they were in, there were loads more Thomas-s, it seems. A couple of dozen married in that district in the first decade of the century, e.g. |

Apologies for not replying sooner. Eva was definitely born c1905, 1901 too early. Mr Thomas was a miner. |
