I find it unusual that Frank Woolhouse should only have ONE child i.e Vera. In those days they had big families and he had his ironmongers business. Who would he leave it to and what became of it? I find more questions come up each day. |

As you say not all had lots. Vera may well have been the only child. It is strange as he had a family business- but there you go. |
