Find Ancestors

Can anyone help with finding any relations of William Holland born c1886 He married bigamously to Fanny Griffiths in 1919 and I think was imprisoned after which I can't find any trace of him. My father was a result of that relationship but he reverted to his mothers name.

ah so Fanny had also been married maiden name Strickland as per birth for Paul's father Chorlton.

when william married 1919 his father william a horse dealer was deceased
he was a scaler of 159 claremont road mosside aged 35

lots of things going on here didn't think I would get such a response think I am using this properly all the info stated is correct
My father kept his mothers name as his surname but wad christened him WILLIALM HOLLAND GRIFFITHS but he dropped the Holland later, as I said he did serve time for bigamy butI lost trace of him later.

To everyone who posted a reply to my request Thank you the info you supplied to me I do have although it took me a good deal longer to obtain. In answer to Shirley I don't know for sure who his previous wife was or when he married her. This is my dilemma that I do not know anything about him for sure I was just wondering if anyone could throw any light on him after marriage to my Grandma was dissolved after all he would be my grandfather and I may have other relations out there. So if anyone has any ideas of where I can go next let me know. .
