Hi, would anyone know how to get information on someone in an orphanage. One of my ancestors (arthur hughes) fits into the age of a person in Spurgeons orphanage Lambeth Thanks for any help Regards Madeline

Madeline, Google for 'National Childrens' Homes' and then you can contact them to ask if they have a record - they should be able to check electronically. They were most helpful in helping me discover more about one of my ancestors. It's an impressive service. Kind regards Jane
