I had the complete address so it meant i could send off to National Archives to get it sent to me .

Thats great but it does cost £45

and it hasn't helped really because all i have is where born (liverpool lancs) which hasn't brought any joy.

Maybe she just thought she was born there?

We have not issued a certificate from the references you supplied as... 1.1893 Sept Plymouth 5b 284 - there is no mention of the above namedperson at the reference quoted2.

that was dorothy emily at plymouth but they would send it because i put it down as Emily they didn't say fathers name.


1893 Dec Toxteth Park 8b 206 - the Fathers name is not Benjamin3.

1894 Jun Stroud 6a 322 - there is no mention of the above namedperson at the reference quoted4.

Same for this one its Dorothy emily

Emily williams 1891 toxteth park fathers name richard James williams mother annie williams formerly mckinnley had a baptism checked on that and it was just emily.

Emily Williams jfm 1892 bedwelty parents David Williams and mary ann williams formerly Yandle.

I will try and find the other wales ones in a mo.

She was 20 on census 1911 that took place April 2nd night of

19 years old marriage took place 19 dec 1910

In the house in 1911 there is another family of Willams they have seperate rooms in the house .

I know she is down as emily Worgan but the man Henry Williams 1883 just might perhaps be her brother.

All though it says hes born in Beafort i can fins his wife Margaret E williams /jones married 1903

But not Henry williams 1883 born Beaufort.

DOES IT TALLY WITH HER AGE AT DEATH?

I had another lot checked for fathrs name Benjamin.

and they say no match i had all emilys checked in 1891 wales

and some in 1892

and have had others checked in england different dates.

Oh my god so that means one of them could be ben williams instead of benjamin and they wouldn't send it.

Witness his sister who brought the baby up after emily died.

We now the marriage is correct because we knew Eva Worgan/Evans

other witness was kate barnett ?

It took place at sirhowy register office bedwelty.

got her death certificate

Sons original birth certificate same address as death.

House where John G worgan was living prior to marriage is pleasant view beaufort ebbw vale.

Any way the only other John George Worgan i know of was his dad.

He put himself down as 25 on marriage cert. Should have been 28 really.



but when he married again 1915 he put himself down at correct age.

where and when was she married - do you have that cert?

(unless a cert matches 100 with what you ask for, they wil simply say 'no match' so if it says Ben John, and you ask for John Ben, then No, it doesnt match.

(Actually if you said her fathers name was Ben, and the cert said Benjamin, they wouldnt send that either)
