Dogs and hot weather.

Is there some sort of connection with the digestive system of a pooch and the hot weather? Poor old mutt is back on the chicken and rice again. We've had him a few years now (ex-rescue) and the chicken and rice does sort him out but I have never worked out why it happens. |

Oh Angie - gross! He does drink the odd puddle when out but not lately so don't think it's that. (Son thinks that dogs drink puddles 'cos they are searching for the puddle that is butterscotch flavour! I think he takes after his father - definitely not me!) |

You could have a point there - he does love his chicken and rice - makes a change from the usual diet I suppose. |
