Must be a good year for them, someone else told me they have plums in excess and only so many things you can do with them lol.

Actually Rose, I very well known around these parts for my plums, some say that they're the biggest they have seen

yes welshy it is easy to make
use to make my own wine all the time out of anything growing un the garden or what we could scrump of hedgerows like elderberries

Isn't it a bit dangerous Wenders, I mean I've heard thaere can be explosions and the like, how many plums do I need for a gallon of gin?

you make sloe or plum gin in jars Welshy a pound of fruit to a pound of sugar (sorry not a metric person) top up jar with cheap gin takes about 8 weeks or till or the sugar dissolved
