Julie if you have gr in favourites,,delete it,,this will also delete any permanent sign in,,,,,

find gr by web ,

*after you sign in* add to favourites and it should sort it out....next time you come back. just look in favourites list.....

What happens if you try another browser? I assume you're using IE?

Also try removing those წ characters in your name.

Estelle at GR sorted it for me........There was nothing i could do as i had my წ.Julie.წ down in my personal details rather that in the community names part

And i can now see my tree which i haven't been able to for a couple of months now.

So it looks like i ain't going anywhere lol

You look naked now ,but at least you are sorted lol
