Memory?

Maria

Maria Report 3 Oct 2009 22:55

Yes crunchy,

we don't always need a reason. Or sometimes the reason isn't obvious, or seemingly that significant, but it can still affect us.

Lots of love, hope you feel brighter very soon.

Hi Crunchy,
I've seen you around but haven't spoken before.....Perhaps you have a little more time on your hands these days, or have suddenly found that you have time to spare, and you are reflecting back on a few things.

Do something 'different'! Start a project, or pick up an old one and get stuck into it. Go out somewhere, or contact someone you haven't seen for a while.

Don't allow yourself to sit and think about it. Get motivated! You'll find that becoming busy with something new will get you over it.

Hi
dont come on often now. Memories sit way back in our minds and its not always apparent why something moves. It can be a smell a smile, a just about anything. Often they are pleasent but sometimes pretty grusome. Everyone male or female has them

CrunchyNuTTer

CrunchyNuTTer Report 3 Oct 2009 23:32

DON'T FEEL SELFISH.

I think I know what you're getting at, and if so I'm sure she wouldn't want you to feel selfish.

We are all at times better off and worse off than certain others, in certain different ways.

What hurts you or makes you feel down, today or tomorrow or yesterday, is real and serious and worthy of respect and understanding. Regardless of whatever else is happening in someone else's world at that time.

Love and care doesn't diminish by being shared around. Quite the contrary :o)

NC Feel no shame you dont have to a reason for feeling down its called being human, I call it my giggle juice , the chemical in our brains is running low, thats all, I think the time of year a lot of people feel like this when the nights start drawing in, please dont look for a reason or blame, hope your feeling better soon x

Berona

Berona Report 4 Oct 2009 00:29

Aha!! Now I understand. You and Diane are both in the kind of jobs that creates emotion! It's not like being in one where you serve customers or type for a company which makes a lot of profits.....Your kind of job is one which requires you to have emotions - or you wouldn't be good at it and very difficult for you to switch off when it's time to go home.

You obviously have loyalty to your charges and you are there for them. So when things might not go as well as hoped, it affects you.

You need to look after yourselves or you won't be there for them - so take time to take care of yourselves - then you will be in the right condition to take care of them.

CrunchyNuTTer Report 4 Oct 2009 00:33

Diane, i'm so glad you said that, ( was feeling a bit alone) i will look in on you tomorrow :)

Hayley,, hello!

I think the time of year may have something to do with it, me,
i dont know really,
(like i said, this is not me normally)

i will be back to my normal self shortly,,, with a few tweeks!

thank you for your support,
i mean that.

sweet dreams xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
