I've gone nearly two weeks without even the merest snifter of vino and I have to tell you......

Hi Amanda. Loads better than last week thanks hon......but still up at all hours as my leg still locks if i don't move it regularly....

Diazepam was a horrible experience and I think I lost 3 days of my life with that ........luckily I'm managing to do without that now xx

I'm still on the codrydomol and nurofen Amanda......but I'm trying to go without some of the doses during the day..unless it REALLY hurts...as heat pads seem to be helping a bit more now.

Can't stomach Voddy.....or any spirit except Gin Stray lol.......I'd be screaming for hughie after a couple !!! x

Good for you Muffy...........the less painkillers you can get away with the better........it gives your body the chance to produce it's own natural " pain killers "....................I'm off for a soak in the bath now to ease my old bones...........lol.........with a glass of Rum ( strictly for medicinal purposes ).

Thanks Mummo. I'm being well looked after ....OH is scared I'll go back downhill as he's worn out with doing all the housework so he's making sure I'm easing myself back in gradually (and staying off the vino LOL.) xx
