Garda are pretty OK but there again my experience is more or less in the far west of Mayo where I know most of the folk. Always a problem with dogs and kids in that neither are seen as totaly responsible creatures |

Were the dogs on a leash or running free? If they were running free then its not the childs fault if they were on their leashes then it is the child at fault |
