Jane, I have done it a few times...I wouldn't risk it if I was changing the colour drastically, especially as my hair is long and I would miss bits at the back :) |

I can't understand destructions for anything.... and you know how it is.... you have to keep shoving glasses on so you can read.... they steam up in the bathroom.... no.... destructions are no use at all! |

Can't you try a section of hair first to see if it works? I'd make it ten minutes if that's what it says, but worthwhile testing first. |

usually I use a well known brand and leave it on about 30 minutes...this one says only 10 ......wonder if that will work....! |
