So the over all winner is Secret sculpture

Three tied for second place we can either have a second vote or choose which we want to read from those three. That will give those in Australia more chance of finding two books avaiable tot hem I suppose. what do you think?

Michelle

Michelle Report 22 Oct 2009 09:41

I'm gonna ignore that "Australia" word, lol :-)

I will probably only get the first book read - as work is driving me insane at the moment, anyone want a job? - and I'll go with whatever the majority want for the second book.

The Secret Scripture is available in the local library here so I will get it tomorrow.

Hi Ann

As you say having three books makes it easier if you can't get hold of one so I'd be happy to leave it without another vote

For the Upsidedowners:

Angus & Robertson have Secret Scripture, Past Imperfect & My Best Friend's Girl readily available for online purchasing....They stock The Judge's Daughter, but it's not 'currently' available.
Branches in Aust. and N.Zealand.

p.s. If voting - I choose Past Imperfect

Have popped Secret Scriptures and Past Imperfect into my basket on Amazon as both of these were the ones I voted on :)

x Jill
PS Have I missed the date of the next book choices?

We will stick with the 3 books and you choose then. I have Secret scriptures and have bought Past Imperfect today in town, also managed to get My Best friends girl in a charity shop for £1.25 so I have three to read, two quite thick and one thinner.

I've seen this Ann and noted the review date. Well done on getting eight votes for one of your duggestions. I am looking forward to reading it.
Will TRY to get My Best Friends Girl and/or Past Imperfect, but will probably only review two of them. (My only excuse for not reviewing three is slooth!).

I just hope the book lives up to its jacket. Look in charity shops for My Best Friends girl, it has been out a while.

No pressure to read more than one Angela but the others do look good.

I got Secret Scripture from the library Friday and even better it was large print edition so didn't cost me anything to take out - not that I need a large print.

Collected My Best Friends Girl and Past Imperfect from the Library today. Waiting for The Secret Scripture to come in. Apparently I am in a queue (eighth) but there are a lot of books in Birmingham Libraries. So should be able to collect soon.
