well to be honest the temptation was to name them after GR members ( especially the one who bit me..Gerbil, not GR member lol) but on reflection....

they are now 'Bubbles' and 'Squeak' lol

Good names Rose,
we were going to call are cats "Bubble" and "Squeak" but changed them to
"Pip" and "Squeak" because one was so small,
our latest cats were called Vodka and Coke which was a bit embarrassing when the vet had to call for them......lol

I like gerbils.
We used to put a jam jar in the corner of their cage, - a large fish tank actually. They used to spend ages 'digging' in it.
Ours were Roger and Paxton... can't remember the thinking behind that now!

Have fun watching them.

The Gerbils we had were Starsky and Hutch.And I once worked with a lady who called her cats Widdle and Puke lol

i cnt remeber what my gerbils were called lol
i had two that turned into 22!!!!!

we had a big sign on the garage with them free to good home
and reduced the number as people took them lolol

wmsl!! Uggers will just have to stop biting, lol ;¬))

I call the donkey on my farm town Uggers he wasnt impressed...

I must admit they are quite fun to watch lol...they have a plastic tube going through the sawdust and keep popping in and out of either end ... :))

Stray , they checked with the vet at the shop that it was two girls...hope they got it right

We used to have 2 gerbils but I can't remember their names though. They were both girls. One should have been called Houdini because she kept escaping from the cage until one day she met Coco.

I remember the first time our gerbil got out. The cage was downstairs at the time and I was lying on the settee when I saw this 'creature' moving across the floor. I'd never moved so fast, never mind the gerbil lol
