my mother breast fed me until i was three,

i think that was the norm in those days just after the war...

i think its sick,
to be honest breastfeeding for babies is not for me.
but toddlers and older chidren, they dont "need" it
so its obv somthing to do with the parent :(:(

its not normal to breast feed children of that age or your husband
they want their heads testing

just proves..............there's more out than in.............

I don't remember Kay it's a kind of *extreme* series that they are doing weekly.......one of the satelite channels anyhow xx

Muffs well to my mind,,them mothers just aint the norm and its a form of controling the child in a way.......its almost like sorry ...immoral......disgusting.....

Thing is Kay the nine year old was MOST indignant that she wasn't allowed it anymore when the seven yr old was. She'd apparently stopped aged FIVE !!!!

And at the end of the show they showed the girls with fakey bras on ......jumping on their beds singing about swaying boobies (or something like that I was too shocked to take it in fully tbh).......PLUS they were encouraged to draw pics of breast feeding too.........and spoke about how it made them FEEL blah blah

Yes it sounds like it was the same one.

There was another lady who was still breastfeeding her 2/3 yr old (not sure of the exact age as I only caught the second half but he looked pretty hefty) she'd adopted a chinese little girl (who was ADORABLE) and trying to get her to breast feed as well.........even though the poor little mite looked shocked and tearful whenever she tried !!!!!!!!! (she'd not had any experience of extended human contact........poor mite must've wondered where on earth she'd landed !!!!!!!!)

In the end she was putting it on a bleedy spoon and spoon feeding her it!! OH and I were yelling at the TV saying FGS does it REALLY matter????? jeeeeeeeeeeeeeeze !!

I watched it first time round Muffy and I have to say it was in my opinion boarderline child abuse, I know it is s'pose to be the natrual thing in the world but at 7 years old I think its disgraceful and gross...

No seven year old could possibly benefit from breastfeeding. The mother must be insane.

It was on last night Bob......it was just late and I'd already switched the puter off lol...else I'd have posted this a bit earlier .

Erm........well I only saw the second half but one woman was still breast feeding a SEVEN year old .......and giving some to her OH when she got too........erm ............full.

It was like watching Little Britain but for real LOL xx
