	walks in with lighted fag I once packed it in for 14months worst bronchitis for years that winter, suffered with psoriasis from stress, so smoked again !

Giving up takes serious will power and does not happen overnight. I gave up ten years ago having smoked for over 35 years - started at age 13. You have to really want to do it and stick with it. through thick and thin. It can be done, as I know.
