Dear CrunchyNutter

Hello

Hope you are keeping well.

I don't know about night shift but I have been on late shift today.

As the weather was bad, I did a lot of research and organised my paperwork. Ohhh, I hate that job!

Everybody at home did their own thing, watched Football
or the X-Factor.

Some even did a thing called housework....consisting of putting clothes into washing machine, thats all! An improvement but still not trained to standards!

i would be happy if my son knew how to put washing in machine!
(he has been instructed but is lazy and forgets he's been told )

Dear CrunchyNutter

Hello

Have you tried using some essential oil drops like pine or ecualyptus in hot water and inhaling the steam?

This will break up the mucus and relax the air pathways.

I hope you are able to get some sleep very soon.

when i was at school i did alot of art, mostly water painting but i loved charcol, did self portraits and still lives, water mills etc, managed an "A" but since school havnt had the time or youknow to do it. My grandad was a good oil painter, his name,,,, JW Turner lol

i have tried steam but it seems to make me worse,
i've been like this since a child, so i just tend to put up with it till i get over it.
i use uecalyptus drops to help breathing, but thats about it apart from inhaler.
I'll get over it soon :)
