most unusual you bound to win:


The Original Microwaveable Chinchillas Recipe
You will need:
One tortilla, corn or flour (I prefer corn)
Two tablespoons red or green enchilada sauce
1/2 cup shredded chinchilla meat
Two tablespoons refried beans
Two tablespoons Mexican rice
Garnish (jalape?? cheese, tomatoes, onions)

Spread the beans evenly over the tortilla.
Spread rice and meat evenly over beans.
Spoon one tablespoon of sauce over meat.
Garnish to taste and wrap up tortilla.
Spoon remaining sauce on top of tortilla.
Microwave for 10 minutes on medium, rotating every two minutes.
ENJOY

500g minced hedgehog
1/2 (Half) cup uncooked rice
1 medium onion, diced
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
440g can Heinz tomato soup
1 cup water

Mix the mince, rice, onion, egg, salt & pepper together.Shape into small balls.

Heat soup and water in a large saucepan until it reaches boiling point. Drop in meatballs and stir as they are dropped in. Reduce heat on stove to a low simmer. Cover and cook for approx 45 minutes.
