My OH has had his done on wedensday .
the day after he had a stiff arm ...
I have c.o.p.d. but haven't been called in as yet .
OH asked doctor why he was called for his and not me
doc said well if you get it how can you look after your wife ...

Do you still have normal flu jab as well ?. Had that one last year but been asked to have swine flu one as well

you do have your normal flu jab to
i had mine in september

my butler has his normal flu jab next week

two of his family died of flu in the past

My OH has had both flu jabs, the only reaction to the swine flu one has been a sore arm for a few days.

My arm was a bit sore for a couple of days..... but then the jab went into the same spot as I had a driver earlier this year... it became infected then, and I still have some tenderness there, anyway... both arms, and two spots on my tummy all from a reaction to the drug going through the driver.

So I was expecting it to be much worse than it was... I have been pleasantly surprised.

I have a suspicion that the ward in Cardiff may be the ward I was on... the patients there have virtually no immunity of their own, so any mutating nasties would have a field day!!
