	well im a bit of both really, it depends ont he situation when my glass is half epty, i confide in friends, but put a face on to others that its half full, lol

	LOLOLOL...yep I'm that too Joy LOL. I'm a bit like you there then Stray......I always TRY to find it half full if I can......but it doesn't always work !!! xx

	I'm very very lucky......I have some FAB mates (some who are on here who have astounded me with their offers of help and generosity in the last few weeks)..........it's hard to see the glass as half empty with the support network I have ...x

	even when i cnt find it half full, i paint on me face n smile its not very often people can tell im feeling down/upset, unless i tell them i always carry on regardless thats just my way, xxx

	You can't help the leaky cups from time to time.....it's how you plug the leaks that counts........and sometimes that can take an age !!!!!!! xx
