Ive been using my bottle for ages now, makes a big difference.
My cat even has one lol. Its one of these disks you heat in microwave, its stay warm for about 7 ours.she sleeps in the kitchen which can be very cold.

Lastnight we were fine,decicded to leave heating on all night :))

My mum used to heat up a 'brick' under the fire and wrap in an old jumper.
It did keep us warm while looking at the ice on the inside of the window lol.

We are all 'woossies' now, with central heating.
