LOL once again.......same as Stray.....it's my daughters I put the heating for too, not grandchildren.

I do it because I'm pretty busy and active whilst they're at school and I keep warm by keeping moving......house is clean and we save money on heating.

*Everyone's a winner Rodders* LOL xx

All right,I admit that I wouldn't give up fags, not for financial reasons anyway.

I suppose that if money was that tight that I couldn't heat the house,I could hibernate under the duvet for six months. If I could remember how to do it,I could give up rumpy pumpy, but that is free anyway, as far as I remember.....................................

Was dreading this gas bill as its been so cold l had the heating on nearly all the time that l was in , but pleasantly surprised it was £140, mind you l was up the hospital during the day for 8 weeks so that brought it down.

I pay by direct debit and was in credit by over £100 on my gas!
Decided they could keep the money until the next bill arrived (thank goodness!)

Also in credit on the leccy - may demand that back soon.

Only good thing about utility companies overcharging is that, with the present financial situation, (thank you, Darling) if the money was in my bank account the interest wouldn't be worth having, so it makes very little difference to me.
