I've had to look - 2 stars is "fair" so that isn't bad. I know the kitchen of a local place that only has 2 stars and it's immaculately kept in my opinion, so I wouldn't worry too much. |

It's not just takeaways this covers, it's also restaurants, pubs, shops and garages selling sandwiches, cafes and food production premises. |

I was a builder for many years carrying out remedial works and quite a large amount of my work was in various restaurants, fast food outlets, Indian, Chinese and kebab outlets. |
