I had my head done about a year ago. Afterwards they said there was nothing there except what they would expect for someone my age!!

Not quite sure how to take that!!

I only had to undress the top half and I think my wedding ring had a piece of plaster put over it.

Nobody warned me about the noise Wend.

I thought someone in the next room had set off a pneumatic drill.

Unlike Dottie........I didn't wee myself though!!!

But aren't those beds you lie on uncomfortable, especially as you have to lie still and for so long? %3A-%7C I had a job to get up afterwards!! lol.

Wend

Wend Report 31 Mar 2014 22:05

Telling me Ann - one and a half hours of lying still did it for me. Towards the end, all I wanted to do was jump up and do the 'can-can', but I couldn't %3A-%28

Mauatthecoast Report 31 Mar 2014 22:26

Glad everything went well for you Wend. I've had MRI scan too, was a little scared because I felt it would be a bit claustrophobic.

Before I lay down male doc. asked me if I'd like music, I said' oh yes please'.....he played a great selection of Elvis numbers, good job I love him %3A-D %3A-D

Wend

Wend Report 31 Mar 2014 22:41

No, Island, I was trying not to breathe too hard as well, having read up about it. I didn't have the dye, but I have had in the past and it was quite a pleasant feeling - made me feel warm all over %3B-%29 %3A-D

As for the music Mau, I asked for Classical and just when Beethoven's 'Fur Elise' started and I got a bit teary thinking about my daughter playing it on the piano, the ruddy pneumatic drills started and that was it %3A-0 %3A-P %3A-D

Mauatthecoast
