As I said yesterday, we had all sort of nasties on our puter. So we sent it off to be deloused.

Fingers crossed! Going out for a blow today, just have to get out. Been stuck in for the last 3 days. Going a bit stir crazy.

Here in my corner of Kent it's raining cats and dogs at the moment and the forecast is that although there will be the odd bright spell now and then it will mainly be a day of heavy showers some prolonged with the chance of hail and thunder at times and feeling noticeably cooler today with temperatures not expected to rise much above 55°F

So wherever you are and whatever you will be doing today stay dry take care enjoy your day and don't forget to smile -)

And remember that you can clutch the past so tightly to your chest that it leaves your arms too full to embrace the present

I have just ironed a stack...I hate it with a passion

Hi **Ann** how's it going for you this morning have a good day and enjoy what you will be doing once you've finished the ironing I am fine and thanks for asking I have a type of acid reflux related to my diabetes and my doctor changed the medication I was on for this as the one I was on could cause complications with a new heart pill he has put me on and he told me that it would take a few days before the new acid reflux med kicked in hence the upset tummy so I am just taking things in my stride until it does
