I ain't been 100% today. Twisted my side when I went to pick something up from under the table and quickly pushed on it when I stood up as I have loose ribs that a muscle pops through if I turn and twist. If I catch it in time and push so the muscle can't pop through, I ache for a day or so. If it gets through I can't breathe deeply for a few weeks and it is also ipainful for a few weeks before the bruising goes down and the muscle goes back. |
