I learnt a few things in the WRAF working in the medical centre and 1 was be very careful with sore throats, if it's an infected throat you need antibiotics fast as the infection spreads - read up about Billy Fury. |

Oh Fly - he had rheumatic fever caused by the bacteria from tonsillitis. It attacks the heart - had an aunt die early 20s because she had rheumatic fever before antibiotics. It caused Billy Fury's death as well. |
