Ladbrokes had a top price 20/1 on Louis while Betfair had 120/1 early this morning.

According to our news reports, the baby is to be known as Prince Louis (of Cambridge)

and Louis is said to be for Lord Mountbatten, well-beloved mentor of Prince Charles and great favourite of the whole Royal Family. Charles for Prince Charles.
