He doesn't qualify for a place in the Wales Team now he's playing in France. He needed to have 60 Caps under his belt to play for Wales

WHO ARE THE BARBARIANS?

THE BARBARIANS:

The Barbarian Football Club, also known as the “The Barbarians” or the “Baa-Baas”, is a Rugby Union Club based in Britain. It’s members are rugby union players from all countries and clubs.

The Membership is by INVITATION and the only qualification considered when issuing an invitation is the standard of a player's skills. An additional qualification is the rugby player’s good conduct and reputation on and off the pitch.

Being asked to become a Barbarian is an HONOUR. Traditionally at least one uncapped player is selected for each match.

The Barbarians bring together players from different clubs to play a few matches each year to enjoy the camaraderie of the game and play attacking, adventurous rugby without the pressure of having to win
