Mersey. you have my sympathy. Vertigo is really horrible and distressing. xx

I suffer from intermittent vertigo, I have a problem with my right ear (damage done due to a childhood illness). It's not nice situation for you to be in. I'm lucky it's only mild but that's bad enough.

I have to protect my ear from strong cool breezes as that can upset my ear, son had similar problems in childhood.

I take travel sickness tablets when my attacks start and they stabilise it quite quickly.

Look after yourself and I hope it goes away soon.<3

but I got Vertigo tablets later from another Doc :-)
