	Happy New Year Belle A much calmer day...and the sun is shining Did Ralphie cope OK later on with any fireworks ? There were a lot more here than usual even though the weather was grim.

	Morning Gwyn Bad weather doesn't seem to stop the fireworks . It was a very long evening building up to WW3 . I just kept thinking of all of the poor pets in Ukraine . I don't think Ralphie could cope in that situation

	Aah poor Ralphie and poor you seeing his distress We used to enjoy seeing the starry trails of firework rockets to celebrate the turn of the year. Now it's just a series of loud bangs, which started here just after 6.30 pm

	Morning Fly... Happy New Year Enjoy that sunshine. Belle, No Ferrero Rocher here this year ... an unusual occurance... but... I do have a lovely box of M & S chocolate 'pinecones' filled with salted caramel. They are very more-ish too. Haven't broken into my large box of Lindor chocolates yet.... that's when temptation is really put to the test

	I also have a boxes of Thornton's, After Eights and a tub of Heroes....no good keeping them for a rainy day, Gwyn . Mind you that might be sooner than you think as me lappy says " rain due at 1200"

	Plenty for lots of rainy...or dry days there, Belle We have Milk Tray, biscuits, and a hamper of goodies too... all gifts from various neighbours. I need to get out on some long walks to offset some of the effects...
