	Dont I know it, when I worked in the City, we had to refresh our customer services every 6 months. Written too. They do it on a computer programme now. What with that and the dress code. Skirt suits, stockings/tights and court shoes. Tip of the week. Keep a spare pair of tights in your desk.

	One thing that really annoys me is when they are serving me they start talking to someone be else.....perhaps that's why I prefer self scan
